Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By visiting a Dawamiey website, creating an account, accepting an invitation, using the mobile app, joining a workspace, opening a payment link, or using any Dawamiey feature, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you use Dawamiey for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to access the workspace and follow the company's internal policies.

2. Accounts and credentials

• Provide accurate account and contact information.
• Keep passwords, devices, tokens, and authentication methods secure.
• Do not share accounts or impersonate another person.
• Notify Dawamiey or the workspace administrator if credentials are lost, stolen, or misused.

3. Acceptable use

• Use Dawamiey only for lawful business, employment, collaboration, communication, and operational purposes.
• Do not upload malware, exploit code, harmful files, illegal content, or content that violates rights of others.
• Do not harass, threaten, defame, discriminate, or violate workplace policies through Dawamiey.
• Do not reverse engineer, overload, probe, bypass, attack, scrape, or interfere with Dawamiey systems.
• Do not use Dawamiey to send spam, fraudulent payment requests, misleading invitations, or unauthorized communications.

4. Workspace content and administrator control

Workspace owners and administrators control user roles, access permissions, company records, invitations, reports, projects, policies, chat, attendance, and other workspace content. Dawamiey is not responsible for internal company decisions about who can access workspace data.

Users are responsible for the content they submit. By submitting content, users give Dawamiey the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, and operate that content as part of the service.

5. Public subscriptions and payment links

Public subscription, demo, coupon, invoice, and payment-link pages are provided to help companies request access to Dawamiey. Access is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed, an authorized administrator activates the workspace, or the applicable subscription process is completed.

6. AI and automation features

AI assistant and automation features may generate suggestions, summaries, or draft actions. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or approving actions. Dawamiey may log prompts, outputs, approvals, and audit events to operate and secure these features.

7. Intellectual property

Dawamiey owns or licenses the platform, design, software, logo, trademarks, documentation, and related intellectual property. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Dawamiey except as allowed by law or written agreement.

8. Suspension and termination

Dawamiey may suspend or restrict access if an account or workspace violates these terms, creates security risk, fails required payment, infringes rights, or is required to be restricted by law. Workspace administrators may also remove users according to company policy.

9. Disclaimers

Dawamiey is provided for business operations and productivity. Except where a separate written agreement states otherwise, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for every business need.
